Job Description:
Our fast-paced environment requires a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English & French speaking) to provide a high level of customer service that will include, daily processing of both Canadian and USA orders efficiently, answer and respond to incoming technical support calls via telephone and website, expedite shipments, customer follow up and assist with various administrative and inventory responsibilities in a business to business environment.
Position also includes some dealer trade show and product knowledge training experience.
Required Skills:
First and foremost you are a motivated, self starter with a friendly personality who loves to satisfy customers. This position requires strong communication skills in both English and French along with a proficient level of data entry and excellent telephone and interpersonal skills. Post secondary as well as 2-3 years experience in a customer service (non-retail) and or administrative environment is essential.
You are proficient at MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Your key attributes are the ability to prioritize effectively, while working independently and in a team environment to achieve the desired results. You have a positive attitude and strong desire and self confidence that allows you to provide creative solutions to our customers.
